• National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996):  Exemption Granted to Motor Vehicles Owned by the Gauteng Provincial

GG51602 was published on 18 November 2024 by the Department of Transport.

We are still awaiting the implementation of the AARTO Act in the rest of the country and the National Road Traffic Amendment Bill, 2020.

We have tentatively booked the dates for our Annual Road Traffic and Transport Legislation Workshops for 2025. Booking will start in February 2025.
