Women in Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain Empowerment Conference

Globally, women comprise approximately 41% of the supply chain workforce, yet only 23% of Vice President-level roles are held by females. In South Africa, women account for around 28% of the logistics and transport sector workforce, highlighting a clear need for change. By empowering women with essential skills, fostering networking, and promoting knowledge sharing, we aim to drive innovation and economic growth within the industry.
