• Internal Auditing: This module covers the principles of internal auditing, including the role of internal audits in RTMS, the importance of audit planning and preparation, audit execution, audit reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Quality Management Systems: This module covers the key principles of quality management systems (QMS), including the process approach, the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, and the principles of continual improvement.
• Audit Techniques and Tools: This module covers the various techniques and tools used in auditing, including document review, observation, interviewing, and sampling. Participants will also learn how to develop audit checklists and use software tools to support their auditing activities.
