11th Annual PCC and NPCC Port Performance Roadshow 2025: Ports of PE and Ngqura

You are herewith invited to participate in a consultation session in your port region with regards to the latest update, consisting of: 

1. Economic activity and Volume Projection
2. The Port Development Framework Plan for each individual port within the Port System;
3. The Port Capital Programme reflecting 2024/2025 / 2026 linked to the PDFP and seven-year horizon;  and
4. The Port Operations Performance aligned with Weighted Efficiency Gains from Operations (WEGO) process.
5. Oversight Regime
6. Marine Operations Activity and Resource complement including Aids to Navigation
7. Dredging

These technical consultation sessions seek to share the latest update and obtain your inputs accordingly.  It should be noted that this consultation process enables all port users across the Port system to further comment on Port Plans, prior to the TNPA tabling these at the respective PCC meetings and ahead of the 1 August.  All comments received prior to and during these sessions will be submitted to the TNPA. Parallel to this, all comments will be registered at the Special PCC Sitting of the 4th Quarter 2025/2026 PCC meetings to consider the CAPEX implications for the South African Port System. 

Your attendance at the relevant session/s is very important.  Further noting the PRSA economic regulatory process starting August 2025.  The PRSA will be an observer to this process.
