A penalty fee of R575 (Including VAT) will be charged, should you book and do not attend without cancellation at least 48-hours prior to the event. Substitution is acceptable. Cancellations should be done by email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Why do we do this?:

The in-person events are limited in terms of the number of seats available. Many people end up on the waiting list to attend when the event is fully booked. It's very inconsiderate when people reserve seats and don't show up without cancelling. Other people who really wanted to attend then lost the opportunity to do so.

Venues and catering are very expensive. Our sponsors pay a lot of money to make seats available for delegates, per head.
